Today I (Stephanie) walked into the living room to the sound of Brynn Chit chatting away! She had made herself comfortable in the beanbag chair, playing with her favourite kitchen toys, and a box! It amazes me how she can be so happy with such simple toys. The box was the highlight of the playing session, where she would align both feet inside, then take them out, then put them back in and so on. I can not believe how fast this girl is growing up; two months and she will be two years old!! She changes everyday, and is talking more and more all the time!! Her favourite things right now are puppies, kitties and play-doh. As always, she loves to do whatever her big sister is doing, even if it is physically challenging!!
As many of you know, I am not known for my long lovely locks of hair, but I would like to let you all know that my hair is now long enough to get it into a tiny ponytail right on the back of my head. As many of you also know, I am a very strong willed child, and for me to sit long enough for my mom to get the elastic in my hair is a huge accomplishment. I love to be Pretty by putting things in my hair, so I willingly kept the ponytail in until I went to bed:-) YAY for me!! The above photo is front view of my new hair do (please note you can't notice the ponytail). The picture below explains itself:-)
It is feeling chilly in our hosue this morning, so I decided I wanted to wear my new ELMO slippers! Ever since I picked out an Elmo movie from the library, I have been in love with him! I don't care for many of the other characters, but Elmo I absolutely adore. A couchsurfer that was staying with us found these fine slippers for me at the Op Shop, and I have been loving wearing them ever since.
Of course, the pictures can not be complete without my 'Bee'
At 7 years old, I have been to 20 countries and counting! I love to explore and get into everything around me. My parents think I am pretty weird, but that's ok because they are right, and there is nothing wrong woth being weird! Now that we are living in Colombia, I am probably the best Spanish speaker in our family, I am very useful to my dad who is easily the worst Sapnish speaker!
